Carl is upset because once again a less experienced cop gets a promotion before him. So he decides to throw a party to suck up to his bosses. He gets all the kids help with the party and it goes wrong because there comes an explosion.

Not a bad episode. Although I didn't like the wrap up, went kind of rushed.
