A pretty good episode that is especially great to watch for somebody who always liked Susan and Mark.
The wedding in the ER was already a great idea. It so well showed the dynamics of something always happening around and workers always having to be around which is why nurse Lydia just made it there.
And during the wedding it was great to see Mark and Susan exchanging their looks.
And all the action of him running to her train. Yes, it was a bit cheesy but it didn't feel wrong at all, and them saying I love you at the platform was beautiful. Sad to see her go, but hope this wasn't over.
