We'll do anything to lose weight.

A Doctor is prescribing slimming pills at a Community Centre, Debbie goes undercover, and finds out how ordinary people can afford expensive amphetamines.

Was this actually a thing? How on Earth did he get anywhere near that medication, I had no idea people could do this.

I enjoyed this, it hit home with me, as today, watching it, I've lost seven stone doing the keto diet, so anything associated with weight loss is of intrigue, this hits home, many years back I was given slimming pills by a GP, I had the shakes, and felt very sick.

I liked the characters, I liked the reactions, and a few of the jokes at The Station about carrying a few extra pounds.

Susannah Corbett is good here as Laura, she'd become well known as the wife of Colin Buchanan in Dalziel and Pascoe. She's always so prickly, it's wonderful.

8/10.
