Lets do the first thing that comes into our head and be as divisive as possible, even though it doesn't fit Jessie's characterization. Then it's all okay, which is ridiculous as it's an entirely dirty act.

Maybe the worst season in the series

This episode is an example of what made Baywatch a poor show so many times. The same way the screenwriters twisted Neely's character for no reason, they completely miswrite Jessie, who was a natural born lovely character until the writers decided, again for no reason, transform her into some kind of mean, selfish, and unfriendly creature in a way the viewer doesn't even think "what happened to Jessie??" but "That's not Jessie, it's the writers playing weird again".
Terrible episode, terrible concept, and terriblecharacter treatment.
Other elements keep a fair level, such as Jason Brooks' role, who is maybe the best addition to Hawaii's phase.
