Well, maybe not. As the last school teacher is fleeing from the lynch mob, in comes the new professor, Snub Pollard. His hillbilly students average well-armed and six foot tall, save for Marie Mosquini, and the most vicious of them all: Ernie Morrison. Meanwhile revenue agents are trying to track down moonshiners who are using the school house as a warehouse.
That may be Charley Chase in a long, white beard as the elderly moonshiner. Like many of the Snub Pollard shorts he directed, this one is full of great mechanical and physical gags run at an absurd pace that kept the laughs coming.
