This short was definitely an unexpected treat. I previewed the movie at a conference, and almost fell over my chair laughing. The movie takes a light-hearted poke at the now-ubiquitous off-shore call centers, and their "jack of all trades" nature. The plot is very transparent, although there are a few esoteric jokes here and there that you may have to ask your nearest Indian neighbor about. I've been trying to find this movie on DVD, but have had no success thus far. Maybe it'll make its way as an extra feature on a feature film. Hopefully.
Overall, this is a must-see in general, especially if you're the type of person that typically gets frustrated making calls to any customer "service" number. Which, in today's day and age, is everybody.
