French comic Ernest Bourbon in another Onesime movie. This time he quarrels with an American over who will be first to read the newspaper at their club and they decide to settle the matter with a duel. Naturally, plenty of sets are destroyed as they take their gunfight to a number of locations. A dull and uninspired comedy.
