- The whole game is based off of the movie " Fight Club" and this being said there is lots of violence and fighting in this game. Though this game features fighting it lacks in gore.
- There are lots of fighting moves in which people are beaten or injured from punches, kicks, etc.
- Players can have bruises and cuts after fighting or in between cut scenes.
- There are finishing moves in the game in which you will be able to snap player's bones in a stylized manner, and this is shown in an x-ray perspective.
- A man shoots himself in the mouth (Off screen), and the wound is seen later.
- Some destruction is seen such as building exploding.
