Bubba Ho-tep: Fit for a King (2004)
*** (out of 4)
This five-minute featurette has Bruce Campbell and costume designer Shelley Kay talking about the various costumes that were used in the film BUBBA HO-TEP. We start off learning that there's actually only one place in the country that makes these suits and from here we learn about the various styles that they wanted for the film and the fact that they couldn't keep them after the production wrapped. From here Campbell talks about various stories of Elvis in the suit and why you were bound to be stinking by the time you got off the stage. For the most part this here is an entertaining look at the costumes used in the film. There's certainly nothing great here but fans of the film will enjoy seeing what all had to be done in order to get the look right.
