I picked this up at Best Buy. I had never heard of this series. If you are terminally depressed, dying or suicidal, buy this show, throw it in the DVD player, sit back and laugh your head off. Your worries will disappear. In the first episode, at a World's Robot Fair, about 200 giant robots are stolen by this mad genius who laughs a lot and sits in front of a fish tank. Good thing they did not get THE SUPER ROBOT RED BARON! Every episode features a new giant robot costume, and at the end of the quickly paced episode, the bad robot EXPLODES into a billion pieces of junk. In fact, this show has more explosions than Rambo 1-4. Then there is the Secret Science Investigation. They look like a cross between the Beatles' Sergent Peppers and Mod Squad. They are always ripping the heads off evil karate chopping robots. Then there's the wacky Inspector sidekick from a Pink Panther movie! Frequently villains are shot to pieces in slow motion like a Peckinpah film. Best kids show since Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons. Why don't they make stuff like this anymore?
