Upon visiting his parents, a son Cameron finds his mother's hands and legs bound and mouth taped shut while in a closet. He then finds his 52-year-old father lying in bed and peppered with gunshot wounds. The mother. Patricia Walker, states three men invaded the house wanting money and drugs. Dr. G. helps detectives determine who shot the man. A 38-year-old woman visits her brother. Complaining of feeling ill and tired, she lies down for a nap. Her brother later finds her unresponsive in bed. The sister had a history of addiction for most of her life. Could alcohol and drug abuse be the cause of her death?

Dr. G. receives a call from an infectious disease doctor to help determine the cause of death of a 58-year-old male. The man had a sudden headache and later became confused and disoriented. After a trip to the emergency room, he rapidly declined into a coma and ultimately death without an official diagnosis. Previously, the man went on a hunting trip and was exposed to wild animals, especially bats. Dr. G. suspects rabies resulting from the possibility of inhalation of bat guano. While spending time over New Year's with her son and grandson, a 72-year-old obese female complained of irritation in her throat at dinner telling her family she thinks she had swallowed a fish bone. Later in the evening, she is heard coughing and choking in her sleep. Even though emergency rescue got her to the hospital, she ultimately dies in the emergency room.

A 45-year-old female travels from Sydney, Australia, visits her sister in Orlando who is having marital difficulties. She is found lying unresponsive on her bedroom floor the morning her husband and son are to arrive from Australia. Her sister reveals to police that her estranged husband came to the house the night before and had a heated argument with his sister-in-law. He blames his sister-in-law for the dissolution of his marriage, and even makes a death threat against her. As it was hot the previous night, the windows were left open and it is believed the estranged brother-in-law could have come into the house. Could her death be the result of foul play? A healthy 18-year-old female from Nigeria, who emigrated to the U.S. the previous year, dies after four days of not feeling well with vomiting. Her younger brother finds her collapsed on the bedroom floor gasping for air. She dies after unsuccessful resuscitation. Could her death be the result of the flu, a drug overdose, or something that Dr. G. cannot solve?

A woman calls 911 after finding her 37-year-old boyfriend collapsed in the bedroom and unresponsive. Police discover a messy scene and question the girlfriend. She claims her boyfriend was having a seizure the night before and went to bed because she was tired, adding that he has had a lot of seizures. It was noted that he also had a history of drinking a lot resulting in violent behaviors. As the police continue talking to the girlfriend, the seem to think her suspicious behaviors are leading them to believe she may be guilty of homicide. At a mental health facility, a 19-year-old pregnant female is found deceased in bed. Previously, she had lived a hard-partying life, her mother died, her father had been out of her life, and her grandmother kicked her out of the house because of her wild lifestyle. After two trips to the emergency room because of excruciating abdominal pain, the doctor has her chaptered to a mental health facility because of a statement made that she wanted to kill herself. Could she have commit suicide while at the mental health facility?
