Bash Maistora goes on an excursion to Hungary. His main intention is to find a way to make a quick profit. In Budapest, he managed to escape from his group and found his brother, who was the head of construction. Ask him to take him to work, but he gets a denial. Then Rangel Lenin contacted two of the workers and arranged them to steal some of the Iron Iron. The affair was revealed by his brother, who returned the workers to Bulgaria. With his profits, manages to get deficient goods. He begins to sue one of the tourists - the nice Stanka, to whom he gives a pair of shoes. Seeing she flirting with another, Bash Maistora unceremoniously removes the shoes from her legs. At the border he fails to mislead the customs officers and many of his undeclared goods are confiscated. Angry at all, Rangel craves his relatives and come to meet him at the station.

A typical comedy with black humor for socialist Bulgaria. Cyril Gospodinov returns to the role of the well-known Bash Master. The film is loaded with references and jokes to the past century and the history of Bulgaria during communism.
