Lilly's last name
rickthebrick92910 January 2005
I don't recall if Jorge would introduce her as Lily Leon at the beginning of the show before she performed her sexy dance or if I saw her full name in the credits afterward. But, her name stuck in my mind forever. She indeed was the hottest person on t.v. ever. I actually had a sort of 'video collage' that I had compiled of her introduction dance from the beginning of the several shows, but unfortunately I don't know what happened to it. Anyway, I am also very curious as to what she is doing now. I have search all over the internet for information, but I keep on coming up with nothing. I am also not sure of the spelling of her fist name. Lily, Lilly, Lili or Lilli? I sort of remember it being Lily.

WOW! What a way to end the day!

It's too bad they're aren't late night shows like this one was. A la cama con Porcel (...to bed with Porcel) was one of original staples in Spanish late night TV. Jorge Porcel is a friendly, portly actor who made movies in Argentina, after which he re-located to Miami, & hence hooking up with the Telemundo Spanish Television Network & got his show on the air. Ahh, what a lucky guy Jorge was. He would start the show with his theme song (A la cama......A la cama.....A la cama con Porcel.) and then, would sing & then of course, his bevy of women.....in such costumes would dance....in such a way, you could not take your eyes off the TV. In addition to various other hispanic actors & actresses being on his show, Porcel would do a skit called "los aventuras de Tota" (The adventures of Tota). Now, Tota was Porcel dressed in drag & make-up & always, talking about her "adventures" with her dates. Some of which I dare not repeat due to "risque" language. Also, did you know that Regis of "Live with Regis & Cathy Lee" invited Porcel on their show? It's true! .....and what banter that went on between Regis & Porcel. Be it as it may, "a la cama" ran it's course on Telemundo & is now off the air. It would be nice if Telemundo aired repeats on their overnight hours......Maybe?

Now This Is A Show For Men!!

I use to catch this show every weekend on our local Spanish language channel. It was on around midnight which was appropriate because it was definitely NOT for Junior and little Katie. The show dripped with T&A and featured some of the hottest Latin ladies this side of Salma Hayek.

Jorge Porcel was a well-respected comedian from Argentina, who had made a grip of sexually tinged films throughout the years. A portly fellow with a baby face, Jorge was joined by a salsa band, four lovely leggy showgirl type dancers and a human fireball by the name of Lilly. This sexy senorita had the most gorgeous body I have ever seen and would open each show with a scintillating, gyrating dance wearing only the barest of attire.

If you could survive Lilly's entry, then the rest of the show was made up of a couple of five to ten minutes skits, with Jorge usually dressed in drag. My Spanish is a little weak, but I could make out the majority of the jokes and the man was funny. The show went off the air a few years ago, but I was lucky enough to get a few episodes on tape. It would be great if this show was released on DVD. By the way, does anybody out there know anything about Lilly? What was her last name and is she still in show business?

The best show ever!

A big fat Mexican guy hitting on hot chicks in sequin bikinis! How can you lose? You don't even need to speak Spanish to enjoy this show. Another point of interest, Jorge Porcel appeared in the great film, Carlito's Way.
