A thriller based on the lines of other Balu Mahendru's works like Moodupani . It builds suspense and interest at an unhurried pace . Archana is a dancer who lives alone . The local police is baffled at the regular kidnappings ,rape and murder of young girls since a few months . Suman is an investigative reporter who is following this case .
One day Archana herself is kidnapped. she realises the local minister is the villain before escaping and running away . Now the villain is out to get her as she has recognised him she cannot be left alive . His goons to go her house . Meanwhile Archana has given shelter to a poor village destitute girl Gouthami who has run away from her place to meet director Raghuvaran and come to Hyderabad.
The goons kill Gouthami thinking her to be Archana and also burn her body beyond recognition. The villain thinks Archana is dead . Suman casually goes to Archana's house then and both realise the truth . Archana escapes to Bangalore to her family friend's house and changes her self as a modern girl with a bob cut . she becomes unrecognisable from her previous form . Paralellly Gouthani's brother ( Pradeep Shakti ) comes to the city searching for her . He traces her to Archana and Suman . All three of them now work together to trap the villain . Its a nice surprise watching Archan in a bikini. she has a great body to match . For a change Pradeep Shakti has a soft subdued role of Gouthami's brother .Usually he plays a loud villain . Gouthami herself has a small role to play without much dialogues .her traditional looks are very good for this . Suman should have done many more such movies . Over all its an engaging thriller.
