Entertaining (though silly) finale to R. Findlay's "big dick" trilogy

Masquerading under the nom de film of Robert W. Norman, Roberta Findlay directed one of the big porn hits of its day ANYONE BUT MY HUSBAND. Its success generated two follow-up films also featuring star Tony (The Hook) Perez, the farce DEAR PAM, and this cutesy sex comedy.

C.J. Laing, most impressive deep throat artist of her day, stars as Punkin, a maid who ends up marrying her master Marlow Ferguson (a character actor borrowed from Chuck Vincent's troupe). Film relentlessly satirizes the class system, as everyone shuns Punkin socially, not recognizing her as an equal.

Notable among the hoity-toity set are Jennifer Jordan and Crystal Sync, who are introduced judging a "who has the bigger dick" contest between Perez and John Holmes. Fellatio is the method of measurement, but results are inconclusive, despite the comical braggadocio of both men, Holmes affecting a Russian accent while Perez speaks like a southern-fried Good Ole Boy.

Film's central character turns out to be butler Jeffrey Hurst, who narrates and hams it up as a baking fanatic. Findlay's good old-fashioned sleaze approach is on view, as Hurst joyfully delivers his money shot as literal icing on a cake he's baked.

The Alpha Blue Archives DVD revival of the film has several reels projected out of order, mere sloppiness perhaps best explained by the notion that no one really cares about the story, only the XXX content. It's disconcerting to watch nonetheless.

Film's literal climax, which I recall was a big deal back in the day when I saw it in an adult theater, has C.J. servicing Hurst, Holmes and Perez all together, featuring double penetration action as well as her impressively performing deep throat on both legendary porn artists. Along with guest star Marlene Willoughby, lovably hokey as a French maid who fists Sync in the bathtub, it's a case of giving the fans what they really want to see.

I found this film to be very unusual porn feature of the mid 70's. Directed by Robert Michaels, actually based on her husband film maker Michael Findlay. Whether he was involved in the film making is a question mark. This movie involves the use of food with sex.,although i am a little sensitive about this. This is a 2 k remastered of the adult film classic part of a double feature released by Vinegar Syndrome on Blu ray with other Roberta Findlay feature ," Any one ,but, My husband. It's New York porn,east coast, before the late Ruth Ginsberg,anti porn Republicrats got into the city council.there was no community standard in new York city,except with content of s an m and d an b and the fisting act on the porn screen. C. J Laing was an adequate actress.,even in the commentary in the other movie Ms Fndlay claimed she had problems with her when it come to lines. Her character as an abused maid working for wealthy Mr Crean Smith , played by. Marlow Furguson., who is a tight wad rich man who keeps his money out of the bank and counts it every day.. His wealthy neighbors, who actually don't like him, played by. Jenifer Jordan and excellent actress crystal sync. They use Creans smith back yard to work Jens inspiration of clay art, A Penis,but you see Crystal posing with two other studs,Southerner great Peter played by real southerner Tony the hook Perez and Peter the great, a Russian character played by the legend John Holmes. Both men are arguing who has the biggest. Great Peter insult John penis by stating it's only big as his dog. Cryst and Jen decides to prove who the biggest with Jen to John and Crystal to Holmes. As they show the close up of the blow jobs you can tell the john's comment is a voice over and he isn't really talking. The Harry Reems look alike Jeffery Hurst,looks like he could of been Harry's brother, plays the honest poor Butler. I get the impression that Hurst wore a wig in an attempt to conceal his identity a bit ,so he can get family acting jobs.in Hollywood ,possibly..His hair does looked that way. He is a compulsive gourmet cook, You see it seems that food makes him horny ,so he then thinks about food.the scene ,which i find a bit queasy , he is cooking crepe Suzettes. He insist on C. J. to blow him while he is cooking. He eats the crepes and very sickening puts jam on his penis ,oh gross. I'm wondering if C j. Was grossing out. As he is about to climax he smashes all the crepes and eats more after orgasm. Another equally gross sequence,which should help those who are trying to cut back on sweets. Just thinking about this sequence will cure you from candy forever. It's when he had finished the wedding cake and the down stair maid is blowing him.played by Lorraine Alraune. He put some of the icing on the his penis head as she sucks him, He then screw her. When he pulls it out he ejaculates all over the wedding cake ,BARF!. Then Alraune sticks her finger in the now cum icing ,on the cake to lick it off her finger, gross again. Eric Edwards plays the sleazy lawyer for Crean Smith. His character was able to get the job when he marred Debutante,played by Crystal Sync because her families wealthy. In the bath tube sequence,where she refuses to go to the wedding Party of Crean,because he is marrying his maid. She is so convincing as the wealthy heiress .The lesbian tryst with the maid. Danielle ,played by Marlene Willoughby is nice too. The sex scene between Eric Edwards and C. J..as he consoles her because of the death of her new husband Crean,in front of a fire place after they drink bandy,the sex scene is soft. My guess is that Roberta was trying to focus on the sex as being romantic. The fantasy party sequence,imagine by C. J., after no one should up for her charity ball, is wild, It includes some orgies. It also has a genuine Rock band call Slim Pickins. In the end C. J kicks. The snotty next door neighbors out of her back yard and ends up in a three way with John,Tony and Jeff.the production values are excellent ,especially the reddish exterior of the romantic sex scene to the wild party to the kitchen.
