Spring break in 1968! Drunken kids fool around in Daytona Beach and a few bands become momentarily coherent enough to lip-sync to their tunes. Very odd, low-tech psych. touches. Strange indeed. A disjointed, pseudo- documentary, low budget film, oddly combining partying middle class white kids with freak - out hippie hard rock.
