Krazy Kat and Kitty are riding a camel across the desert when a turbaned sorcerer kidnaps Kitty through a crystal ball and it's up to Krazy to rescue her.
The gags comes so fast and furious in this one that it's hard to build any really sense of what's going on, except for the extreme spookiness of the gags. There are some references to the popular comic strip and radio series Chandu the Magician, but this one is not played for laughs. That's a bit surprising, because scary movies like this were much more common before Hallowe'en, and this one was released a week later in 1932. Perhaps it was held back a week for production issues.
Like almost all the Krazy Kat cartoons of the era, it had very high production values. However, this is a case where the rapid pace of gags is more distracting than amusing.
