This morning, the Golden Globe nominations for 2021 were announced, with Netflix having quite the strong showing. Mank had the best day, overall, with six nominations, followed closely behind by The Trial of the Chicago 7 with five. The love was spread around, elsewhere, though The Father, Nomadland, and Promising Young Woman each were a little above the pack, grabbing four nods. On the flip side, Da 5 Bloods was shut out of a single nom, which has to disappoint Netflix.
