Young woman struggles to leave her suffocating farm life.

This film was beautiful and amazing. Poetic and powerful, this film stayed with me a long time, it really resonates.

Laurel Holloman gives a wonderful and moving performance. She is also great in THE MYTH OF FINGERPRINTS, PREFONTAINE and THE INCREDIBLY TRUE ADVENTURES OF TWO GIRLS IN LOVE.

David Orr is a director to watch. His work reminds me a lot of Lasse Hallstrom with the visual skill of Bernardo Bertolucci. I can't wait to see what he does next.

This is the best film I have ever seen in Park City or at any festival in a long, long time.
