- Mikey is shown mutating his arm with a thumbtack, blood is briefly shown.
- Mikey taunts his younger sister by taking her doll and tosssing it into a pool; she tries to reach down and grab the doll, but the boy jumps up and down on the diving board, making her eventually fall in; she screams for help until she drowns. Mikey confronts his adoptive mother while she is taking a bath, accuses her of not loving him, then lowers a plugged-in hairdryer into the tub, electrocuting her. Mikey meets his adoptive father as he comes home; the father sees the body of his daughter in the pool and begins to run outside when he slips on marbles and falls through the glass door; the boy then takes a baseball bat and smashes the man's head. We also see this later on a videotape.
- Mikey breaks the neck of a cat and places it behind the front wheel of a teenage boy's truck; the teenage boy accidentally runs over the cat's body.
- Mikey kicks a plugged-in stereo into a hot tub where a teenage boy is electrocuted. A teenage girl comes outside to find the dead body and she screams. This is also seen later on a videotape.
- Mikey uses a hammer to break a woman's hand. He continues to attack her until she gets downstairs. Later, the boy uses the other end of the hammer to stab the woman's arm. She fights back long enough to knock him down and get into her bedroom.
- Mikey breaks into the woman's bedroom from her balcony and she knocks him down, getting the hammer away from him; he grabs a shard of glass and throws himself at her, stabbing her and throwing them both over a banister; he lies motionless on top of the woman.
- Mikey shoots an arrow directly into a man's chest, killing him.
- Mikey uses a slingshot to shoot marbles at a woman; one particular large marble hits the woman in the face.
- Mikey fires an arrow at a teenage girl, she gets into her room enough for it to miss.
