Wow is it difficult to find info on "Dottie" !
I was pleased and surprised to see it listed here. It was filmed in my area (Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania) and my husband and brother-in-law were extras! They both have fond memories of both the filming (at night with a very limited budget) and the crew.
It's a great movie, dealing with a little covered subject, agoraphobia, and one women's journey and reckoning with this disease. We lost our copy and haven't been able to locate another one. One day it will appear on the late late show or maybe AMC and we will see it again! :)
If you ever get the chance to watch it, do so!
