Sex & Nudity

  • A sex scene. The couple is seen writhing from the side with female breasts visible for a few moments.
  • In a prison scene, new inmates are seen stripping down to change clothes. Male buttocks are shown for a few seconds.
  • A man and woman fall in love and passionately kiss. They later make love. No nudity in both instances.

Violence & Gore

  • Numerous scenes of intense bloody violence.
  • A number of assassinations take place at different points in the film. The act is usually quick and very bloody.
  • A group of yakuza start a gang war by raiding a house of a rival group, using guns and katanas. They slice up and shoot numerous men, killing two (one being shot to death onscreen) and injuring several.
  • A man is cruelly hung by his wrists from a tree and used as target practice by a group of yakuza.
  • After being offered a means to escape via car, a man is double-crossed and stabbed to death. Blood pools out of his stomach as he's gagged and dies.
  • A man is nearly assassinated, but is shot in the leg and remains injured later.
  • After having sex, a man dies after being shot multiple times through a window.
  • A man disrespects a waitress and is then beaten to a bloody pulp by a gang. This starts a violent vendetta between him and the gang leader.

Profanity

  • Depending on subtitles, there might be numerous cases of strong language.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Characters smoke and drink alcohol throughout the film.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Just like the first film, this second instalment is equally dark and violent. There's a bleak atmosphere from start to finish, with morality being abandoned by its vicious cast of characters.
  • The very last scene of the film is very upsetting.

Violence & Gore

  • At the end of the film, a man is cornered by the police after killing another man for what he feels was a betrayal. To escape a life sentence, he commits suicide by shooting himself through the mouth. Brain matter can be seen around his corpse before the film fades out.
