Plot Summary

The small border town of Canyon City is being terrorized by the notorious desperado named El Diablo (Jose Torres). Jeff Benson (Carl Mohner), a mysterious stranger, comes to town and offers to help the sheriff bring El Diablo to justice by setting a trap for him. Benson is accompanied by a goofy cowboy (who provides comic relief). But there's more to Benson than he's letting on. He takes a job herding cattle while continually keeping an eye on and thwarting El Diablo's attempts to rustle the livestock. When the sheriff is requested to escort a trainload of gold through his territory, he enlists Benson's help. El Diablo and his gang conspire to ambush the train, but are in for a big surprise, unaware of the armed escort on board. Written by Larry B.
