Plot Summary

Eva Dahl, stuck in a loveless marriage with a doctor, finds herself courted by a younger man, Lannert. At first she rebuffs him but when she hears that he has attempted a suicide she meet him at the hospital. She is soon swept off her feet by his boyish charm and leaves her husband.
