A lost movie that would be enjoyable for circus buffs

Warning: Spoilers
I remember watching this in the 70s in an afternoon movie matinée. This is a movie that haunted me since then because the story was good and there were great circus acts and stunts rarely seen on TV...

Young Brigitte Fossey plays an unstable emotional girl, whose mother is helpless to train her as a tightrope artist, and as per her boyfriend's request, sends her to an orphanage while on tour. However, as her trapeze act flourishes, her partner and boyfriend falls for a sexy tightrope artist. To prove herself better, she trains for a very dangerous act combining high wire (without a pole) and trapeze over a lion's cage. However, her daughter, as she escape the orphanage with a street wise boy, learns about it and tries to reach the circus theater in hope to keep her mother do this dangerous stunt.

There was good acting, a bit melodramatic, but the circus acts were unique at the time, especially the trapeze (done without catchers), the young lady's tightrope act and finally the climatic scene where the girl's mother do the combined tightrope and trapeze act over the lions.

Hope somebody can have track for this movie someday...
