Trivia | "Rock-A-Bye Bear" was completed in May 1950, but didn't release until July 1952 after Tex Avery took a break from MGM. He was being replaced by Dick Lundy, who also worked for Universal's Walter Lantz and Disney shorts before the cartoon released until Caballero Droopy (1952) and The Little Wise Quacker (1952).
