Matt Fitzgerald is a sophomore in college looking desperately to find where he fits in life. When his grade school sweet heart messages him on Facebook saying that they will be in class together he tries desperately to grasp on to the joy and love he had in his childhood. Matt struggles with college parties, mean spirited professors, and classmates who only see him as an object of their cruelty. Matt stumbles though all this trying desperately to figure out if his life is: A comedy where he falls in love happily ever after or the tragedy he believes his life has become.
