Hewlett Bay Park, L.I: Society attends the spring opening of the amateur racing season at the Rockaway Hunting Club. Juarez, Mexico: General Obregon arrives her for conference with Generals Scott and Funston. Philadelphia, Pa: The 22d annual Relay Athletic Carnival is held under the auspices of the University of Pennsylvania on Franklin Field. Boston, Mass: Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Franklin D. Roosevelt, boards the P.S. 1, flagship of the volunteer power squadron and inspects the fleet of submarine chasers. Annapolis, Md: Husky naval cadets defeat the Pennsylvania varsity crew by several boat lengths. El Paso, Tex: General Funston closely followed by General Obregon, leaving private car after conference with General Scott at which a tentative agreement was reached concerning American troops in Mexico. Chevy Chase, Md: President Wilson inspects the National Service school preparedness camp here, which has an enrollment of 1,000 young women from all parts of the United States. Among the corps newest recruits are Mrs. Robert Lansing, wife of the Secretary of State, Mrs. George Dewey, wife of Admiral Dewey, and Mrs. Scott, wife of General Scott.
