An alien, who landed in the park on a mission to reinvent his own humanity, assumes the identity of Petre, and does not remain undetected by the inhabitants as he tries to retrieve his spaceship. While Romanian witches are being spawned, two UFO investigators, Doru and Magda, are assigned by the Mutual UFO Network to investigate the case.
