Exhumed from obsession, Maleck's jealousy over his cheating girlfriend forces him to become a disgusting clone of her through plastic surgery. Maleck then attempts to completely wipe out every memory of his ex by taking over her life, the first step being to slaughter any person that has ever known her in a mind-blowing bloodbath.
