A stranger enters a hospital and demands disposing of all the mediums and staff to achieve his goals. The menaces of the stranger, one Albert D'Arnal, and the lack of knowledge about his motivations and intentions, drive all the hospital staff to an anguish situation than can only be resolved step by step, following scrupulously the aggressor's orders.
