Rita Haywith (played by Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe) takes centre stage when she competes in the national Miss Special Delivery Pageant and it's a big deal for sure. Anyway, I became a fan of Signed, Sealed, Delivered when it started as a short-run TV series, and on reflection it's a shame the gap between the Signed, Sealed, Delivered is widening, because I love the movies, especially when there used to be two released per year. Anyway, here the Postables head off to a closed congressional committee and it's so exciting when the Postables and politics mix, and you know the Postables will win out for sure.
