It's a great representation of the character. Batman is really cool in the show and his rogue gallery is the main attraction of the show, I love that it explores every important villain of Batman, everyone of them is interesting. Characters like Clayface, the Joker and Harvey Dent have captivating stories and gives all time great media.
The animation is visually dark, almost all of the show is at night time which gives interesting visuals and really sets an immersive atmosphere. The character designs are also pretty great, they seem comic accurate.
The score is perfect, it's unbelievable for a TV show, it's grandiose and intimidating, it perfectly represents the character. It's a big part of the ambiance, there's not a minute of the show without amazing music.
The show knows it's audience, it has a childish tone but it doesn't shy away from the themes of street level crime and there's moments that would've been screwed up without the tone.
