Seemingly such high praise since it's released all around. This film is definitely well written, well acted and directed. However for those not familiar with the historical aspect of the story may find it to be lacking of interest. Did not know much of its history and thus did not care too much for the results of the film. Although of course, the acting is top notch by both Matt Damon and Christian Bale, and they are interesting to watch as a whole. The other characters not so much.
However this feels like one of those films that's seemingly suspenseful but is also mildly boring, at least after a while of it. It feels quite long as well. There are entertaining scenes and does pick past midway, around when we see Bale test driving the cars.
