Could not even finish the first episode. It's way too slow.
Most everyone speaks Japanese and it's hard to fathom what is going on in English with subtitles. The sets are good, but things happen at a glacial pace and are not well explained. Maybe the actors are big names in Japan, but very few English actors, and nobody I recognize. Normally this would be a good thing, but it reminds you this was made by the Japanese for the Japanese.
Can't figure out how or why the Japanese took over an American submarine. Who cares what happens after that if the show does not explain how this happens. I don't care and won't watch any more.
