I couldn't get past the fact they kept calling the Russian subs "Akilo class"
Classically bad acting. Filmography felt more like early 80s rather than late 90s.
The entire premise of the film is so contrived as to defy credulity. It is so bad I was embarrassed on behalf of them.
Billy Dee Williams has the enthusiasm and range of a well sedated geriatric. Gary Busey might have peaked during this film, and I mean that in the worst possible sense. But he got paid for it so good on him.
And did I mention they keep calling them Akilo Class. It's Akula as in the Russian word for shark. Somehow I think they were told to say it that way.
