Truly an enthralling, absorbing series. It has all the ingredients for a memorable film. Too bad, there will be no season 4. Season 3 ended with a lot of unanswered questions. At any rate, the series is well-developed as are the characters which would make it easier for the viewer to conjure up a suitable ending.

In addition, the sets and costumes realistically bring the viewer back to that time and place.
