It was perfect right from the beginning to last minute details it was perfect i know that was Homelander's line but that what this is. They succeeded. They managed to restore that sensation to The Walking Dead. That unique feeling you had when first watching episodes is back. Andrew Lincoln did a fantastic job portraying the gradual spiral into insanity and acceptance. Special recognition should go to Thorne, who is amazing, and the Oakfor character, who deserved a second episode. I wasn't sure how the CRM tale would come across, but in just one episode, they succeeded in making me detest them. Positive indication. Possibly one of the best scenes in the episode is when Rick tells Oakfor about his father burning their land. The revelation at the end caught me off guard.
