The movie begins with newly wed Deepak Pradhan(Dev) who is a police getting transferred to Dharmapur. The place is ruled by the pachayat pradhan (Anirban Chakrabarti). There hasn't been an election in the place for 15 years since the current pradhan started ruling, as his goons wouldn't allow anyone to file nominations. Deepak and his collegue Bibek(Soham) must fight the situation to conduct an election this time.
The castings were good and most of the actors have done their jobs pretty well.

There is a big factual error like, how are local goons supposed to be polling officers when election officials are government employees mostly outsiders.
The climax of the film, is by far stretched trying to create a suspense when most of us know whats going to happen.
The movie fails on building up the adrenaline rush. There are times when you would feel things heating up for an action scene but then cools down faster that it heats up. May be the movie's targeted audience is mostly the senior citizens.
I guess people of age 60 yrs and above would love the movie(my mothers just loved it). Ok'ish or watchable for youngers audiences. I am from the later category so I give it a 6 and my mother would rate it 9 stars.
