This isn't a (short) movie. This is a pretty boring, drawn out PSA padded with (apparently underage) nudity.
Teenage sister has to babysit kid brother, takes him to the pool, meets two teenage boys there, does some flirting, goes home, boys show up, sister sends little bro out, has sex with the two boys, little brother walks back home from the shops and gets hit by a car, stumbles home, sees what his sister is doing, walks in to the kitchen and dies.
But hey, there's a strong moral message in here.
Maybe don't send your little brother out on an errand while you're having a teenage threesome, cause he'll get hit by a car and die, or something.
