Down for the Count well memorable, but a hard episode to watch! What works: The Guzman character, there is good humor, and a good mix of music with boxing action. Cobb character is memorable, but lame. The build up for the conclusion is memorable but sad. What does not work: Well kind of just another Vice story with boxing. Part one is a build up for part 2 which makes for a longer story. More build up than bang. Watchable well directed, acted, but a bit over the top which helps moves the story forward. I would call Down for the Count a watchable episode, but not a memorable one. Well memorable because of the death of the Zito character. 7 stars.
