Aadikeshava (2023)
PURE CRAP
24 November 2023
This film is a riveting concoction of every cliché from the vast universe of South Indian mass masala films, rom-coms, family dramas, and action entertainers. It's so original; I'm surprised they didn't just call it "The Generic Movie."

The plot is a literary marvel, if you consider bad storytelling an art form. The narration is so cheap; they must have bought it from a discount store. Prepare for cringe scenes that will make you question your life choices and dialogue so silly, you'll wonder if the script was written by a toddler on a sugar high.

Vaishnav Tej and Sri Leela deliver performances that redefine the term "poor acting," while Joju George is given the monumental task of being underutilised. The supporting actors give it their all, which is about as effective as putting a band-aid on a sinking ship.

And let's not forget the tasteless music that will make you question the very concept of auditory pleasure. The cinematography? Well, it's so lifeless; even the camera seems bored.

Hats off to the director for masterminding this cinematic disaster. Seriously, don't waste your precious time watching this movie unless you're looking for the perfect cure for insomnia.
