Pamali Dusun Pocong tells the story of three female medical nurses, Gendis (Dea Panendra), Mila (Yasamin Jasem), and Puput (Arla Ailani) who are assigned to a remote village that is affected by a mysterious, unknown epidemic. They went to the village with two gravediggers, Cecep (Fajar Nugra), and Deden (Bukie B Mansyur) by crossing the lake. After 3 hours of arduous journey, they finally arrived at the village. How shocked they were when they saw that the village was deserted and many of its residents had died in tragic circumstances. One by one, the bodies that had not yet been buried were finally buried by Cecep and Deden. Meanwhile, the three nurses treated all the living residents in a large room.
