This Episode begins with Meredith, she tells Katharine that she is finished with Therapy. Derek and Meredith are living together. Derek wants that Izzie and Alex move out of Meredith's house. Richard wants a stricter protocol at the Seattle Grace Hospital. A pipe has bursted at the hospital, there is a leakage. The hospital is flooding with water. Meredith wants that Izzie and alex stay at her house, Derek is okay with that. Derek still loves Meredith. George takes the intern exam again.
