This is certainly a worthwipe watch. This was mostly focused on romance and small clues are spread across the movie about what may be happening.
The mystery is maintained across the movie and the intimate scenes aren't vulgar but you have enough connection with the characters that they appear pretty hot.
It basically has a court case and while the proceedings happen her past story is slowly unfolded pertaining to the case. A disconnect was never felt, though.
It was weird though that people weren't accepting the Marsh girl. She was an orphan and had to survive on her own. Didn't seem realistic but I guess it was for dramatic effect.
All in all totally worth a watch.
