This all starts with an intriguing premise. A friend of Harvey's, a high roller with an alcohol and gambling addiction, throws his business away in an all-in poker bet. Now he regrets it but it is going to be hard for the firm to try to save his bacon. The neat thing about this episode is the methods used for finding a way into convincing a judge. Of course, what is going on in the background is a bigger personal thing, where Hardman is willing to settle a lawsuit and get Harvey disbarred. We also have Louis meeting Rachel at the ballet and sitting with her. This leads to a discovery of problems with the backstage/rehearsal space. But it leads to something much bigger. There is great byplay with Louis and the ding dong associate who has become his whipping boy.
