One thing that's great about the ongoing series is that each movie has its own feel and tone - even with the same director as in the case of CM. The latest installment seems to harken back to the original movie with some longer scenes of small groups and dialogue. Yet that does not mean this movie did not deliver on insane action that keeps you very entertained. Obviously CM loves vertical dangling scenes - with the helicopter in Fallout and the train here. A few nits though: why does the visual list of Ethan's loves not include Julia? How is Gabrielle able to defeat so many dressed as a Banana Republic mannequin? Why were the Russians not frantically searching for the sub knowing what is on it? That aside you will definitely leave the theater thrilled that you came.
