So Rachel hires an assistant just because she find him hot, takes pictures of him under false pretense, drools over him and reduces him down to physical appearance. Now just imagine if the roles were reversed, and it was a man who hired a woman for the same reasons and did the same things. You would not be able to hear your own thoughts due to the screams to "Cancel!!!". On top of everything, the actor playing Tag is nowhere near as good looking to warrant such overreactions from Rachel, Phoebe and Chandler. The whole Rachel/Tag romance would later prove to be such a weak and lame plot, but it will, sadly, drag on for a while.
Other subplots are a bit better, but, overall, this is a weak episode in a weak season.
