A Man's Castle is definitely one of the top 5 or so episode of the show. Very original, it plays out like no other episode.
The characters are all impressive, from the family, to Stick Face to the unscrupulous Pebbles. I thought they'd made the family unit a little too 'Waltons' at times, but they definitely serve a purpose.
This has an almost film like quality to it, it is beautifully produced, very well shot, and features some nice music.
I had several points I wanted to make about this episode, but my mind wandered so I'll make this point, you watch shows such as this, and think of many crimes as being a thing of the past, however dodgy, greedy landlords that allow people to live in filth, they really are The Corruptors.
