Captain Cold is back! But this time he has a sidekick named Heat Wave who helps him kidnap Caitlin. This might be my least favorite so far, but that doesn't mean it's bad. The issue is we've seen all this before. Captain Cold was in Episode 5. The kidnapping over and over again was already getting stale by this point. And overall it came after one of the best of the whole series so its disappointing to put it lightly. The opening was cool but nothing else stands out as amazing tho. The worst but still pretty solid episode. The show is far from bad, heck even the worst episode is fairly good, so I think a 7.3/10 is a perfect rating for Episode 10!
